Website terms of use
These Terms set out the rules for using the axisway.com website and the conditions for providing services by electronic means within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.
§ 1. Service provider

§ 2. Definitions
- Website – the website available at axisway.com together with its subpages.
- User – a person using the Website.
- Form – the contact form made available on the Website, used to send an inquiry.
- Services – services provided by electronic means, described in § 3.
§ 3. Scope of services
- The Service Provider makes available on the Website informational content about its offer and a Form enabling contact.
- The Services are free of charge. Using the Website does not require registration or creating an account.
- Content on the Website, including package descriptions and prices, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Civil Code, but only an invitation to conclude a contract (Article 71 of the Civil Code).
- Sending the Form does not amount to concluding a contract. A contract for implementation services is concluded separately, in a form agreed by the parties.
- The Service Provider provides services to businesses. If the Website is used by a consumer, the consumer is entitled to the rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
§ 4. Technical requirements
The following are needed to use the Website properly:
- a device with internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled,
- an active email address – if the User wants to receive a reply to an inquiry sent by email.
Using the internet involves typical risks, in particular the possibility of malware and of transmissions being intercepted by third parties. The Website operates only over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
§ 5. Rules of use
- The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law and good practice.
- Providing unlawful content is prohibited, including content that infringes personal rights or the rights of third parties.
- Actions that disrupt the operation of the Website are prohibited, including automated sending of inquiries through the Form for any purpose other than business contact.
- The Service Provider may restrict access to the Website for persons who violate the above rules.
§ 6. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data, including the full list of data collected by the Form and analytics tools, are described in the Privacy Policy.
§ 7. Copyright
The content of the Website – texts, graphics, page layout, logos and the names Axisway, Twinlix and Mindplix – is protected by copyright and industrial property law. Using it beyond permitted personal use requires the Service Provider's consent. This does not apply to quotations that give the source or to materials expressly made available for further use.
§ 8. Complaints
- Complaints about the operation of the Website may be submitted to info@axisway.com.
- A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details that make it possible to reply.
- The Service Provider handles a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and sends a reply to the address given by the person submitting it.
§ 9. Liability
The Service Provider makes efforts to keep the Website running without interruption, but reserves the right to temporary technical breaks. Information published on the Website is general in nature and does not constitute legal or tax advice or advice on obtaining funding. The terms of specific grant calls change and in each case require individual verification.
§ 10. Dispute resolution
The governing law is Polish law. Disputes with businesses are resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered seat. A consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including the ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
§ 11. Changes to the Terms
The Service Provider may amend the Terms for important reasons, in particular in the event of a change in legislation or in the scope of services. The amended Terms take effect on the day of publication on the Website; the effective date is shown at the top of the page.
