Funding

Grants for artificial intelligence – up to 75% of costs

An AI implementation in a small or mid-size company can be largely financed with public support. In 2026, Poland and the European Union earmarked about PLN 1.3 billion for digitalization and artificial intelligence in the SME sector. We are not a funding consultancy – we are the contractor who knows the documentation requirements and prepares the technical part of the application together with you.

Implementation scope

What is reimbursed

What funding usually covers

The scope depends on the specific call, but programs supporting SME digitalization repeat the same set of eligible costs.

Implementation services

Process audit, solution design, agent configuration, integrations with company systems, testing and launch – that is, the main part of the cost of an AI project.

Licenses and software

A subscription for the platform the solution runs on, and licenses for accompanying tools – usually for a period set in advance.

Hardware for local LLMs

If data can't leave the company, you need your own server or a Mac Mini with a suitable card. In some calls, hardware directly tied to the implementation is an eligible cost.

Team training

Preparing employees to work with the new tool. This item is often overlooked, and without it the implementation doesn't take hold in daily work.

Process

How it works step by step

The order matters: the application is filed before work starts, not after.

  1. 01
    Eligibility check

We check the basics: company size, industry, voivodeship and whether the planned implementation fits the scope of currently open calls. This stage is free and ends with a clear answer – yes or no.

  2. 02
    Scope and quote

We describe the project the way the call documentation requires: which processes, which outcomes, which indicators. Plus a schedule and a cost estimate – this is the part where a contractor is needed, and a consultant can't write it alone.

  3. 03
    Application

The formal part is handled by your grant advisor or a law firm we recommend. We provide the technical attachments and answer the evaluators' questions about the solution.

  4. 04
    Implementation and settlement

After the agreement is signed, we deliver the project according to the schedule and issue documents in the form required for settlement. Support is usually paid as a reimbursement, so it is worth planning bridge financing in advance.

FAQ

Grants – questions

What will I really pay with 75% funding?

An example from our pricing: the Premium package costs PLN 120,000 per year. With support at 75%, the reimbursement is PLN 90,000, and the company's real cost is PLN 30,000 per year. The funding level depends on the call, company size and voivodeship – 75% is the upper limit, not a guaranteed rate.

Can I start the implementation before filing the application?

Usually not – in most programs, costs incurred before a specified date are not eligible. This is the most common mistake: a company signs an agreement with a contractor, and then it turns out that invoice can't be settled. That's why we always agree the order of steps before work begins.

Do you help write the application?

We prepare the technical part: solution description, scope of work, schedule, cost estimate and indicators. The formal part is handled by a grant advisor – yours or one we recommend. This split is more effective than trying to get everything done in one place.

What if I don't get the grant?

The implementation can go ahead without it – the packages are subscription-based, with no implementation fee, so entry is much cheaper than in a project model. You can also start with the smallest scope and wait for the next call.

How do I know which calls are open right now?

Terms and deadlines change during the year, so we don't publish them on the site – they would quickly go out of date. At the eligibility stage we check the current list of national and regional calls against your company and give you specific names and deadlines.
