Where inquiries and documents come from, who handles them, how long it takes and where cases wait. We look for repetitive tasks, done many times a day according to similar rules.
AI audit
The costliest mistake in an AI rollout is starting with the wrong process: buying a tool that looks great in a presentation and changes nothing in daily work. An AI audit reverses the order. First we check how your company really works, where time leaks away and what data you have at hand – only then do we decide what to implement, and in what order.
Audit scope
A process audit for AI is not a survey about "digital readiness". It's a review of specific tasks, systems and data that produces a to-do list.
Where inquiries and documents come from, who handles them, how long it takes and where cases wait. We look for repetitive tasks, done many times a day according to similar rules.
Price lists, terms, instructions, order and correspondence history. We check what is written down, what is up to date and what lives only in employees' heads – because the time and cost of implementation depend on it.
CRM, calendar, accounting and warehouse systems, phone exchange, email inboxes. We assess which have an API, which can be connected another way and where an integration would be too fragile to rely on.
What personal data will reach the model, whether a data processing agreement is needed, whether data may leave the company. We also check obligations under the AI Act – more in the article AI Act in Poland.
Where an AI error would be costly, which decisions must stay with a person, what happens when the system fails. This defines the handoff points to the team and the scope of automation.
We rate every idea on two counts: how much time or money the company gets back and how much work the implementation takes. The ones with the fastest payback for the least effort land at the top of the list.
Outcome
The audit ends with a document you can work with – with us or without us. An AI strategy for a small company doesn't need a hundred pages; it needs to answer what to do first.
How it works
An audit takes from a few days to two weeks – depending on the size of the company and the number of systems.
A free online call, 30 minutes. You tell us how the company works and what bothers you most today. Right after it you know in which areas AI makes sense, and we agree on the scope and price of the full audit.
We talk to the people who run the processes day to day and look at sample documents, emails and system screens. We learn the most from customer service staff, not from company documentation.
We rate use cases by payback and effort, check integrations, compliance with GDPR and the AI Act, and grant eligibility. We discard ideas that have no justification.
We go through the report, priorities and pricing. If you decide to implement with us, the first working version is ready within 7–14 days of the start of work.
Who it's for
We work mainly with SMEs – from offices of a few people to companies with up to 249 employees.
FAQ
The first consultation is free. After it we set the scope of the full audit and give you its price – it depends on the size of the company, the number of processes and the systems to review. We don't quote one "list price", because auditing a ten-person office and a company with several branches are different jobs.
From a few days to two weeks, depending on the size of the company. What usually takes longest is collecting sample documents and talking to employees – the sooner we get access to the materials, the sooner the report is ready.
No. The report and the priority list are yours – you can implement them with us, with another vendor or on your own. If you choose us, the audit findings flow straight into the project and pricing, and the person who led the audit stays on for the implementation.
Yes, as far as the planned AI use cases are concerned: what data will reach the model, where it is processed, what information and documentation obligations arise from the AI Act. It doesn't replace legal advice, but it shows which issues need to be settled before launch.
Yes. We check whether the company qualifies and prepare a technical description of the planned implementation, which is needed in the application. The grant can cover up to 75% of costs – the level of support depends on the call, the size of the company and the voivodeship.
Then we'll say so. With low volume or a process that isn't settled yet, a better move is often to tidy up the work or use simpler process automation without AI models. That answer is also part of the audit's value.
