What is Twinlix, and why use it when you can start from scratch?
Twinlix is our no-code platform for building chatbots and AI agents. Starting from scratch means weeks of integration, testing and prompt tuning. Twinlix gives you a ready-made foundation, channel integrations (Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp, phone) and a knowledge base management interface – launch in 7–14 days instead of several months.
What about the security of my data?
Full GDPR compliance. For privacy-sensitive clients we offer Mindplix – local LLMs hosted on your servers or on a Mac Mini in a closed network. Your data never leaves your infrastructure.
What does it actually cost, taking the PARP grant into account?
Example of the Premium plan at PLN 120,000 per year: the PARP (Polish Agency for Enterprise Development) grant covers 75% (PLN 90,000), so your real investment is PLN 30,000 per year. We help you prepare the application and recover the funds.
Does the AI Act apply to my company?
The EU AI Act has applied since 2025 and affects practically every company that uses AI in customer contact. We audit your deployments for compliance, classify the risk (limited / high-risk) and prepare the required documentation.
How much does AI implementation in a company cost?
It depends on the scope. An AI chatbot on your website and in messengers fits in the Basic plan, an AI voice agent for handling phone calls in the Standard plan, and local LLMs on the client's server are priced individually. All plans are subscription-based with no separate implementation fee, and the PARP grant covers up to 75% of the costs. We give an exact quote after the free consultation.
How long does AI implementation in a company take?
The first working version is ready in 7–14 days. That is how long it takes to gather the knowledge base, configure the agent on the Twinlix platform, connect the channels (website, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone) and test. Implementations with CRM integration or with local LLMs on the client's infrastructure usually take 4–8 weeks.
How does an AI chatbot differ from an AI voice agent?
An AI chatbot replies in text – on your website and in messengers. An AI voice agent (voicebot) talks over the phone: it answers calls, books appointments and takes orders around the clock. Both use the same knowledge base about your company, which is why we most often deploy them together.
