Work on AI implementations

We're a small team that runs projects from the first conversation with a client to a working solution. We have no layers in between – if you design something, you launch it yourself and see how it works for real people. We work from Wrocław and remotely.

Who we're looking for

Roles that come up here

We don't run permanent recruitment for every position at once – we talk when a project comes up. We keep applications and come back to them when something opens.

AI / Automation Engineer

Building agents on our platform, designing conversation scenarios, integrations with CRMs and telephony, working with local and cloud models. Python and APIs in daily use.

Implementation specialist / Project Lead

Leading the project on the client's side: process audit, setting the scope, keeping the schedule, reviews after launch. Lots of conversations with people outside IT – that is the most important part of this role.

Frontend / Web Developer

Websites and apps we make for clients as part of packages, plus the interfaces of our platforms. We care about performance and accessibility – not as an add-on, but as a condition for delivering the work.

Sales and customer service

Conversations with companies that are only starting to think about AI. You need to be able to talk about technology without jargon and be honest about what can't be done. Polish and English.
