Answering questions about your offer
Prices, variants, availability, lead times, delivery and return terms. Answers come from your price list and terms, so they stay current – you change the document, the answer changes.
AI chatbots
An AI chatbot takes over the questions that fill your team's day: price, availability, lead time, order status. It answers from your price list and terms – it doesn't make things up, because it uses only the documents you give it. When a case goes beyond its scope, it hands the conversation to a person together with the full context. If the bot also needs to act inside your systems – book appointments, save to your CRM, send quotes – that is already an AI agent, and we build answers from company documents on RAG.
Capabilities
The difference between a chatbot from five years ago and an AI agent is that the latter understands a question asked in the customer's own words and can perform an action in your system.
Prices, variants, availability, lead times, delivery and return terms. Answers come from your price list and terms, so they stay current – you change the document, the answer changes.
The bot recognizes the moment a conversation turns serious and asks for contact details. The inquiry goes to your CRM or inbox together with the transcript – the salesperson knows what the conversation was about before calling back.
It checks free slots in the calendar, books a visit, takes an order and sends a confirmation. This requires integration with your system – without it the bot can only advise, not act.
Most e-commerce and service inquiries arrive in the evening and on weekends. The bot handles them right away, and in the morning you get a summary of what happened overnight.
Complaints, unusual cases, an upset customer – the bot doesn't try to resolve these. It recognizes the signal and passes the conversation to an operator, keeping the history.
The same knowledge base serves Polish, English, Ukrainian and German. For companies selling outside Poland, this is usually the cheapest way to serve foreign customers.
Channels
The knowledge base is shared – we configure the scenarios once, and the customer talks wherever it suits them. Channels can be added gradually.
FAQ
A chatbot on your website and in messaging apps fits our Basic package – we bill a monthly subscription, with no separate implementation fee. The cost only goes up with integrations into company systems and very high traffic. A PARP (Polish Agency for Enterprise Development) grant covers up to 75% of costs.
From the documents you give us: price list, service descriptions, terms, frequently asked questions, correspondence history. We build a knowledge base from them and configure the agent to answer only on that basis. When something isn't in the base, the bot says it doesn't know and offers to connect the customer with a person – this is a deliberate setting, because a made-up answer costs more than no answer.
We don't retrain the model on your data – instead, every month we review the transcripts and add questions that weren't covered before to the knowledge base. The result is the same, but you keep full control over what the bot knows, and nothing leaks into the training of an external model.
7–14 days from handing over the materials to the first working version. Integrations with a CRM or booking system extend this to 4–8 weeks, which is why we usually start with a version without integrations and add them later.
Demo on your data
Send us your price list and a list of frequently asked questions – we'll show a working agent on your content before you sign anything. Free of charge, within a few days.
