Online stores

Online store development in two models

Not every store needs the same thing. To start, with a small catalog, a subscription store is enough – with no separate setup fee. When sales grow and plugins start to hold you back, a store built on unique code with AI, at a fixed price, is the better fit. We handle design, launch and maintenance of both. Our office is in Wrocław, and we work with companies from all over Poland.

Two models

Subscription or custom code

Both models are a fully fledged online store. They differ in how you pay, in scale, and in how far you can go with integrations.

Subscription online store

PLN 400–600 net per month, with no separate fee at the start. It is a ready-made online store that runs on our infrastructure. We take care of maintenance, updates and the technical side – you add products and sell. The monthly fee covers everything, and we agree the exact scope during a free consultation.

No fee at the startMaintenance included

Store on unique code with AI

PLN 15,000 net, fixed price – a store of any complexity. We write it from scratch, with no off-the-shelf open source systems or plugins. We build and test every integration ourselves: payments, delivery, sales channels, KSeF (the Polish national e-invoicing system) and AI assistants. Details and a demo are on a separate page.

Which model when

How to choose a store model

Setting up an online store is a decision about budget and about how fast you want to grow. Below are the situations in which each model works best.

01

You are just starting

A new brand, a first store, a few dozen products. A subscription lets you launch without a one-off expense and see whether your idea sells.

02

You want to test an idea

A new product line or a new market. Renting an online store on a subscription makes more sense here than building everything from scratch.

03

You sell through many channels

Allegro, TikTok Shop, Google Merchant Center, Meta, Ceneo and one warehouse for all of them. A store on unique code works better here.

04

Plugins are holding you back

You run a store on WooCommerce, Shoper or PrestaShop and every change means another add-on. We will move it to custom code together with your sales history.

AI Store

What you get in a store on custom code

Designing an online store in this model starts from your processes, not from a list of available plugins. The key elements:

MCP server for ChatGPT and Claude

The store connects to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol. You ask about sales, products or phrases from Google Search Console and get an answer. Changes proposed by AI go to a draft first and wait for your approval.

Twinlix chatbot

Answers customers around the clock and knows your range, prices and availability. Conversations are visible in the store panel, and a team member can take over at any moment. Read more about how AI chatbots for business work.

Payments and delivery

Tpay with BLIK, cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay, plus refunds from the panel. InPost: parcel lockers, courier and cash on delivery, labels from the panel and shipment statuses updated automatically.

WhatsApp Business and SMS

Notifications about order status and tracking number, plus campaigns for customers who have given their consent. SMS with the store name as the sender.

Sales channels

Google Merchant Center, Meta catalog, Allegro, TikTok Shop and Ceneo from one catalog. Five platforms, one warehouse – the same product will not sell twice.

KSeF

The customer enters their tax ID (NIP), and once the order is paid the store issues a structured invoice and sends it to KSeF – directly or through the company's accounting system.

Server-side conversions

Purchases are sent to Google Analytics 4, Meta and Google Ads by the store's server, not the browser. In line with Consent Mode v2 and customer consents.

Speed and quality

We check every release in PageSpeed Insights, with a target of 100 in every category. Automated Playwright tests, monitoring every 2 minutes and a daily backup.

Mobile admin panel

Orders, customers and chats always at hand – the admin panel works on your phone too.

Implementation

How an online store launch works

We set the timeline after the consultation – it depends on the model, the size of the catalog and the number of integrations.

  1. 01
    Consultation

We talk about what you sell, through which channels and how you handle orders today. Based on that, we advise on a model – subscription or custom code – and agree the scope. The consultation is free.

  2. 02
    Design and catalog

We design the look of the store and the purchase path for desktop and mobile. We organize the catalog: categories, variants, photos and descriptions. If you are moving from an existing store, we also prepare the migration of data and URLs.

  3. 03
    Launch and integrations

We launch the store and connect payments, delivery and sales channels. We test the whole customer journey – from the cart, through payment, to a return – before customers see the store.

  4. 04
    Go-live and growth

After launch we keep the store running and grow it together with you. When it is time for the next step, it is easy to add process automation around orders, invoices and customer service.

FAQ

Building a store – questions

How much does it cost to build an online store?

We have two models. A subscription store costs PLN 400–600 net per month, with no separate fee at the start. A store on unique code with AI costs PLN 15,000 net – a fixed price, regardless of the store's complexity. We write about costs in more detail in the article how much does an online store cost.

How does a subscription store differ from the Basic package for PLN 1,000?

A subscription store at PLN 400–600 net per month is just the online store with maintenance. The Basic package at PLN 1,000 per month covers a store or a promotional website, plus promotion and advertising: an AI agent for customer communication, Google SEO, promotion in Google Business Profile, and setup of Google Analytics and ad channels – about 10 hours of our work per month. You choose the package if you want us to also take care of acquiring customers right away.

Subscription or one-off payment – which pays off more?

A subscription online store is good for a start, with a small catalog and when you want to first check whether your idea sells. A store on custom code makes sense when you sell through several channels, need integrations with marketplaces and KSeF, or want to manage the store through ChatGPT or Claude. At the consultation we will suggest which model fits your situation.

Can I move my store from WooCommerce, Shoper or PrestaShop?

Yes. We migrate products and variants, customers, orders, sales history and content. When moving from WooCommerce and WordPress we also keep customer passwords – everyone logs in as before. Existing page URLs stay the same, so Google does not lose indexed pages. We agree the scope of migration from another platform at the consultation.

Will the store be visible in Google?

A store on unique code serves full content in server-side rendered HTML and schema.org structured data, and we check every release in PageSpeed Insights. It is integrated with Google Search Console, so in the panel you see which phrases customers use to find you. It also generates an llms.txt file for AI search engines. Technology alone will not replace good product descriptions and content, though.

Does the store support KSeF?

A store on unique code has an integration with the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). The customer enters their tax ID (NIP) at checkout, and once the order is paid the store issues a structured invoice and sends it to KSeF. The KSeF number and sending status are visible on the order in the panel, and the customer gets a PDF invoice by email and in their account.

Do you only work with companies from Wrocław?

No. Our office is in Wrocław at ul. Szewska 8, but we build stores for companies from all over Poland. We run consultations, presentations and handovers remotely, and we gladly meet in person with clients from Wrocław.
